We’re excited to launch a brand‑new multisport adventure in the heart of Salcey Forest — offering both Sprint and Standard Duathlons, plus 5km and 10km Trail Runs for pure runners who want to experience the magic of this stunning woodland.

Perfect for newcomers to duathlon as well as experienced athletes looking for a fast, scenic challenge.

About Salcey Forest

Routes

All running routes are fully off‑road and the cycling routes are on quiet roads with mostly left turns.

Expect well‑maintained forest trails, gentle undulations, and plenty of atmosphere.

Transition Area (duathlon only)

• Secure transition for competitors only

• Race Number & Bike Number must match your racking spot

• Small bag/box permitted inside transition

• Bike number must be attached & helmet visible before entry

• Numbers will be checked before leaving transition
