Only problem was i didn’t collect a medal as did not realiize they were giving them out more or less straight after the finish line so missed it

This was my first event of this type and I have to say I loved it. Well organised apart from the change in timing chip company that I did find out until after but other than that it was brilliant. Volunteers helpful and other competitors were there to support me with it being my first time. I’ll be back.

I’m a beginner to triathlon and absolutely loved every moment. I couldn’t have asked any more from every Marshall, letting us know it was safe to go was such a bonus and something I didn’t expect. I’d highly recommend this event and all wild deer events.

A bit of signage in transition would be helpful

Really great race, water is clean and fresh enough, the bike route is a solid run for all abilities, really enjoyed it! And the run is nice and simple!
Only issue was you couldn't hear the race briefing at all, the speaker was shocking and from in the crowds you had no chance of hearing a thing!

Better segregation for slower cyclists returning to T2 needed. Get athletes to leave by a different exit in transition as it was very congested with people trying to leave whilst slower cyclists were still coming back in to T2.

Couldn't hear the briefing very well pre race.

Great event. Well marshalled and sign posted routes.
