Excellent event
Ian Bainbridge
Brilliant
Only thing I would change would be placing signing on down at the car park. But overall brilliant event and wouldn't expect anything else from wild deer. Thanks
Charlotte Milburn
Well organised and beautiful
Enjoyed the run having not run in while. Good freebies at the end.
Laura Wilson
Better organisation than 2025z
I would recommend having a separate category for cannicross runners to compete against each other. As this is second race I’ve done with lots of runners with dogs (second being Gibside) and it isn’t always fair when they running the same event.
With the growing numbers of runners with dogs, it is starting to be and unfair balance

Great run!
Tracy Gundry
A great way to spend a Sunday morning! Thank you to all involved
Elizabeth Hill
A great Cani cross friendly event. Thank you
The walk from the car park to start was a bit further than expected.
We did the last event which had registration by car park and finish there too. Getting our car park very easy this time.

First 10k I’ve ever done and very well organised, enjoyed the event. Liked that the results were available straight away and very good items given at the finish
Janine Bainbridge
Lovely scenic race
Registration could have been closer to the car parking area.
Christine Kipling
Cracking event as always
Look forward to the next one x

Beautiful place
Dissapointing access. My son is not able to mobilise long distance and on crutches with a broken foot. so when asking a marshal if we could drop him and my mum off who has poor mobility at the top of the bank as would struggle with the bank it was point blank declined.
The dissapointment was then added to the fact there were cars parked at the top of the dam car park. We explained the car would be brought straight back down and we were still declined. My son became very embarressed and slowly got the the venue. I think families that want to spectate and should be given the grace to be able to have better access to support their family.

Overall great event
The marshalls were absolutely fab, especially the ladies at the water station!
The route was well signposted although it was about 20m short - easily fixed.
I know it's not advertised with separate canicross start times but it would be good to consider it like the Yorkshire trails. As it was very congested over a narrow bridge at the start and I had to protect my girl from another runner trying to step over her.
