Really enjoyed my first half marathon
This isn’t the easiest terrain if you want a fast time but so beautiful and a really lovely half marathon. It’s not too hilly for a trail run either

Brilliant from the bus to the finish — a race to remember
A fabulous race from start to finish! Excellently organised, with a great route and fantastic volunteers throughout. Everything ran smoothly, from getting on the bus to the start line to receiving the T-shirt at the finish. Excellent communication via email in the run-up to the event, too. I’ll definitely be doing it again and would highly recommend it!

The marshals and organisers were fantastic. I high fived at least 200 people children marshals ambulance men during the race. 10 runners from our club made a weekend of it. And we will be back next year.

Really brilliant route, well organised and very friendly.
It would help to have a sign on each of the number tables giving the relevant number allocation. The ladies were having to shout numbers out.
Also could you do female specific t shirts please? I got a medium and it’s huge and baggy!

Amazing trail run in iconic scenery
This was the most beautiful run, so well organised. Ran like clockwork. Love the long sleeved tops and the medal was so nice. You really had to concentrate on the trail which I love.
