Fantastic organisation
This is by far the best organised event I have seen from the toilets, the registration and the welcome from start to finish. Plenty of marshals and water points including electrolytes and even the choice of a sports drink or pop at the end with a protein bar including water with your medal when finishing.
The scenery on this run was beautiful with the castle and river.
This trail run may not be beginner friendly due to the terrain but definitely a challenge.

My third time taking part in the 5 miles run. A super and well organised trail run.
A couple of testing hills (mile 3) and towards the end.
Totally recommend. I'll be back!
