Excellent experience
Excellent experience with great like minded people. Unfortunately my legs blew out at 20k but people passing all checked in and even a few at the finish line who had passed me. Made me feel very welcome and supported. I had a great time

A cracking run along the river and through the scenic Derwent Park. Not too hilly, though there are one or two, beginners could manage it if they want to cover that distance. There is plenty of time for them to do so.
Get entered into next year's. You'll love it. I'm even thinking about doing the 55k
