The building work on the marina didn't help the "scenery", but it's better than the event being cancelled.
I still feel the Aquathon can be introduced and fitted-in with the other events (for all those "non-cyclists" out there!)

An event I have done many times before, always a fantastic event, really enjoyed yesterday.

Third time doing the event and really like the early start time (Standard Tri) and the ease of parking.

I had a great experience. The marshalls were brilliant. There was alot of encouragment from both competitors and spectators. A great big thank you.

Had to get up at 3 30am to get there and so worth it...

Great swim course, well run with friendly marshals. Definitely recommend to beginers/ experienced triathlete. I will be back, hopefully road works will be completed by 2027!! Thank you.

Shame about the roadworks near the transition but that can't be helped, one of those things. Lovely course, wonderful marshalls and great organization. I love the wooden medals but it is disappointing to see that the image on it seems to have been designed with AI. That's my only gripe

First time doing the Big Lime. Very well organised, loved the early start time. Volunteers all highly accommodating and friendly. Swim lots of life guards and felt safe. Bike/run courses very easy to follow.

The team had to accommodate a few changes as Hartlepool continues to generate the area.
Most notable was how happy people were throughout the event. This sounds easy but needs careful attention to detail to get it right for everyone. I've raced this so many times n will keep doing so!
