WETHERBY WHEEL CYCLE SPORTIVE –  Saturday 3rd April 2027

The Wetherby Wheel Cycle Sportive is returning on Saturday 3rd April 2027, starting and finishing at Bramham Park, Yorkshire!

Explore the beautiful Yorkshire countryside with routes suitable for both first-time Sportive cyclists and more experienced riders.

Event Distances

• 60km – perfect for first-time cyclists
• 100km – suited to novice and experienced riders

All routes will be fully signed.

Both routes pass through Wetherby, Thorner, Boston Spa, and Tadcaster.

The Highway Code must always be adhered to, and helmets are compulsory.

Feed Stations

• Feed stations available on-route - exact locations will be confirmed
• Includes drinks, hydration, energy gels, bananas, chocolate, and sweets

Start Times

• Riders can start any time between 7:30am – 8:30am

Timing

Live Timing will be provided by Timing Up North.

The Finish

All finishers receive:

• Wild Deer merchandise
• Event Medal
• Snacks and drinks

Age Restrictions

• Minimum age to participate is 17 due to open-road cycling

Parking

• On-site parking is £3 per vehicle
• Car sharing is recommended where possible
