I feel on wild deer events running with dogs should go of first.or last.. When waiting on briefing it’s v difficult to hear on 10k and half due to barking! I kno it’s a minor thing but major when needing to know routes. Once they on way then that’s fine for rest of race

A very challenging half marathon route with little chance to settle into a rhythm.
The views are fantastic.
Volunteers, spectators and runners all make it a upbeat friendly atmosphere.
